configured and not restricted to 52.

I need to limit the number of weeks/topics a course can have
Background:
Given the following "users" exists:

And I log in as "admin"
And I expand "Site administration" node
And I expand "Courses" node
And I follow "Course default settings"

Given I fill in "Maximum number of sections" with "100"
When I press "Save changes"
Then the "Maximum number of sections" field should match "100" value
And the "Number of sections" select box should contain "100"

| Course short name | New course shortname |
