baceaf91f0 First version of the IMS CP resource module. 
Known limitations:
    - IMS Metadata is not loaded (soon it will be).
    - IMS submanifests are not supported (is anybody using them?).
    - Need to convert loaded data to SITE->charset, have to think a bit about it.

But it loads IMS CP packages like a charm! ;-)
