839f2456bb XHTML compliance 
- fixed (hopefully) all <img> tags
- global replace on <br> to <br />
- &amp; in URLs
- got the forum module XHTML compliant

aaad489149 Using PHP_OS to detect OS (thanks, Greg Barnett!) 
Included three binaries for mimetex ... Linux is tested but I haven't
tested the others yet
