0ae982231f Import/export changed so that available formats are automatically detected. 
Classes now have discrete names and methods to identify import/export
capability added. Detecting function factored out into locallib.php

b82faacd03 Fix for bug 1938. Now a teacher can delete any post, and all the 
children are deleted as well (after a warning and a preview of the
affected posts).

f77cfb73dd Another big dump with many changes. 
The most notable one is the new online assignment type, which is a good
example of how little code really needs to be written to make new
assignment types now.

7c12949d10 Rationalised get_user_info_from_db() and sundry other small bits into 
a single function called: get_complete_user_data()

This is to help shibboleth but will also help when this function
needs to be extended in future.
