MDL-55091 phpunit: Following has been deprecated. 
1. getMock()
2. setExpectedException()
3. checkForUnintentionallyCoveredCode renamed to beStrictAboutCoversAnnotation
4. beStrictAboutTestSize renamed to enforceTimeLimit
5. UnitTestCase class is now fully removed.

1fcf0ca8a5 MDL-35628 performance: Remove dirname() where possible. 
dirname() is a slow function compared with __DIR__ and using
'/../'.  Moodle has a large number of legacy files that are included
each time a page loads and is not able to use an autoloader as it is
functional code.  This allows those required includes to perform as
best as possible in this situation.

8766d1981c MDL-45336 qtype_numerical: use own strings instead of mod_quiz 
These strings have already been copied from mod_quiz to qtype_numerical but
in the qtype_numerical plugin code the translations from mod_quiz were used.
Even though the strings were already present we copy the translations.

03cefcc91b MDL-37506 question code: incorrect preg_quote uses. 
For preg_quote to work reliably, you must pass the delimiter you are
using for your regular expression. In many places we were failing to do
that.

72553162ba MDL-30854 quiz/question editing: fix create calc question & add on page. 
This was one of those innocent seeming issues where, once you start
digging, you find a mess. In this case, the code that is now in
question_wizard_form::add_hidden_fields used to exist in four different
places, in four inconsistent versions. This is now all nicely
re-factored, and that solves the problem.

Along the way, I found and fixed some wrong string references in
qtype_random, and stripped out some unnecessary &s in function
declarations.

2b7da64586 MDL-20636 It is now possible to save a truefalse question you have created. 
This includes all the necessary DB upgrades.

Also all unit tests in question/type/simpletest and question/type/truefalse now pass.
