tjhunt	265f2808a0	themes / pix: MDL-10441 better up, down, left and right icons without a white fringe. ... Since these are not anti-aliased on a white background, they look better against a wider range of background colours. Since all the lines are at 90 or 45 degrees, jagged edges are not a problem.
