f31200247f My Courses is now shown in the course side block if the user is not 
an admin.

Also, this block now appears on course main pages (under admin).

f2bb0045d3 More moodling on the course categories, improving performance for

05f53652f3 Displays all user pictures on one page. 
This has been on moodle.org for ages, but it might as well be in the
distribution too.   It's not linked from anywhere in Moodle currently.

88438a5893 New highlighting function that is able to cope with HTML. 
It's a bit slower, but links in forums no longer cause problems.
