8aea365f05 MDL-40315 behat: Performance improvement 
We look for exceptions after each step, this patch
includes a pre-checking query to avoid multiple queries
for each step when most of the time they are not necessary.

1b80060ff0 MDL-35009 Normalize deprecation (also MDL-34472) 
- Use same deprecation phrases style.
- Use same upgrade.txt phrases style.
- Add unit test covering the deprecation.
