c8d5e54cd1 MDL-61163 mod_wiki: guests should be able to view frontpage modules 
When wiki is added to the frontpage and the guest role has capability to view
wiki, users should not be required to log in.

Make sure all form field have bootstrap styles. Use bootstrap tables on
tables. Remove custom styling. Prefer left-aligned text.

1fcf0ca8a5 MDL-35628 performance: Remove dirname() where possible. 
dirname() is a slow function compared with __DIR__ and using
'/../'.  Moodle has a large number of legacy files that are included
each time a page loads and is not able to use an autoloader as it is
functional code.  This allows those required includes to perform as
best as possible in this situation.
