ccfd6c83f3 Fix for bug 2550: 
Users cannot see their own profile if course is set to separate groups and
the user is not a member of any group.

f136e4c5ae Removed THEAD and TBODY from calendar HTML because these tables are 
not really data tables in the sense that W3C talks about them

3538a79693 New admin config variable 'allowuserblockhiding' will enable/disable the 
collapsible blocks feature.  It's on by default.

Also, removed thead/tbody from blocks (using th instead for the header).
