Applied the following changes to various testcase classes: - Namespaced with component[\level2-API] - Moved to level2-API subdirectory when required. - Fixed incorrect use statements with leading backslash. - Remove file phpdoc block - Remove MOODLE_INTERNAL if not needed. - Changed code to point to global scope when needed. - Fix some relative paths and comments here and there. - All them passing individually. - Complete runs passing too.	2022-09-19 11:01:21 +02:00
Russell Smith	1fcf0ca8a5	MDL-35628 performance: Remove dirname() where possible. ... dirname() is a slow function compared with __DIR__ and using '/../'. Moodle has a large number of legacy files that are included each time a page loads and is not able to use an autoloader as it is functional code.
