Sam Hemelryk	9d89733132	javascript-dock MDL-21329 Several major changes to the underlying navigation and dock code ... The following changes have been made in this commit: 1. Renamed the side bar thing to dock, this is consistent through all code/css now. 2. Converted everything to YUI 3 except the panel which docked items are shown in, this iwll be converted once YUI 3 overlay is no longer beta. 3 Redisigned the dock, all blocks can now make use of it, and theme code within JS can override it so they can make it look as they want.
