0edcd41925 updated code to delete database exception entries for grade items that no longer exist 
also added link to to grade points that takes a user to the graded item

0ae982231f Import/export changed so that available formats are automatically detected. 
Classes now have discrete names and methods to identify import/export
capability added. Detecting function factored out into locallib.php

80d8a1b8d7 Fixed potential security breach that allowed changes to password of another 
user by setting a fake cookie.
Fixed password changing for admin logged in as another user.
Changed double quotes to single quotes where appropriate.
Other minor fixes. (SE)

e19d817eb3 Now backup of 1.5 gradebooks is working (restore coming soon). Features are: 
- It's automatic. No setting for it. Does it sound ok?
 - Any info related to non-exported modules is skipped.
 - Any info related to non-exported users is skipped.
