Andrew Nicols 1ac2eb53fb MDL-58615 core: Remove the useexternalyui setting ... I have opted not to go through any deprecation process for this as there is not really much we can do about it anyway. There is no loss of functionality - just a change of where things are served from. The Yahoo!
