History lesson: 1) We used to have a silhouette image similar to this 2) I had feedback from an academic who had been abused as a child by her father, who felt very strongly that such an image would stir up bad feelings in anyone who had a similar background (it stopped her from using Moodle). 3) The default image is supposed to be something you don't like, so you change it! I'm open to changing it but I think we might need a community vote on it or something. |
